Mutual Respect makes it all work.

I'm very understanding and generally a relaxed person.  I only ask that you treat my time, and the time of my other clients, with the respect that you would expect.
All lessons must be scheduled and paid for in advance in our online scheduling portal in order to secure your spot.  If you need to cancel a lesson we require 24 hours notice so we have time to fill that time slot.  Anything inside that time frame will be charged the $25.00 fee.  You may reschedule your lesson if you give us at least 24 hours notice.  There is a $10.00 fee for rescheduling.  If you do not call us or do not show up for your scheduled lesson you will be charged full price for that lesson.  
Please be on time.  I understand that life is unpredictable and things come up.  If you are running behind please let me know.  Most times we will be able to work something out like a shortened lesson or rescheduling.  Please be mindful that you have reserved a specific time slot.  Someone else has also reserved a time slot right after yours, so if you are late that makes me late for every time slot after yours.  Communication is key.
