Scheduling, Cancellation & Attendance Policy

We strive to provide a positive and flexible experience for all of our clients. In return, we ask that you respect our time and the scheduled appointments of other participants.

Scheduling & Payment

All lessons can be scheduled and paid for in advance through our online scheduling portal. Your lesson time is not guaranteed until booking and payment have been completed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a lesson, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will still be charged the class fee.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not be charged a cancellation fee.

 Rescheduling

Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson may be subject to the cancellation policy.

 No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full lesson fee.

Arrival & Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your scheduled lesson. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate communication if you are running late. When possible, we will work with you to accommodate delays through a shortened lesson or rescheduling option. However, please remember that your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you, and late arrivals may impact other clients scheduled after your lesson. Clear communication helps us provide the best possible experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and respect for both our instructors' time and the schedules of fellow clients.
